My longevity in the industry has been maintained by observing the clients achieve their goals. In my fitness career, which expands close to 2 decades, I had the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds, which helped me develop a solid foundation as a trainer.  For instance, I worked with a post-menopausal person and their desire was to drop at least 2 dress sizes. When she achieved this goal, her enthusiasm was memorable. Or, a person with a medium-high BMI who just wants to feel lighter again, so they can still enjoy doing the things that were so easy to do before. After carefully analysing their nutrition and lifestyle, we were able to put together a plan in place. Following my direction on making the necessary changes the client ultimately achieved their goal!

My qualifications include Personal Training, Nutrition and Weight Management, Strength & Conditioning, Athlete Training, and currently I am also working as a Rehabilitation Specialist delivering the Joint Pain Programme. I will help you achieve your goals by analysing your diet and offer advice, build a training programme to suit you, record the progress, set SMART goals and ultimately arrive at your destination.
